The Role

We’re looking for a mid- to senior-level full-stack developer to strengthen our small but growing tech team. Your responsibilities will be varied and will go beyond software development. You’re eager to take on new challenges and learn what you need along the way.

This role also requires strong communication skills and customer collaboration. With us, you might be in a meeting with an IT security team of a bank or a government agency in the morning, then implementing an integration in the afternoon.

What You Will Do

You work as a full-stack developer with varied responsibilities:

• Develop our SaaS product, reChanneld

• Participate in product planning and help shape the future of reChanneld

• Work on chat/voicebot installations and integrations

• Collaborate with customer teams (not end users)

• Contribute to DevOps and security, based on company needs and your interests

Your work will likely focus on reChanneld at first. Responsibilities may shift based on business needs and your strengths.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• A relevant degree

• Good communication skills and the ability to work with everybody

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, AWS, React, and web development in general

• Ability to develop with or without AI assistance, and willingness to demonstrate both in person

• Fluent in Finnish and proficient in English. Swedish is seen as an advantage

• Any expertise or interest in security, AI, or DevOps is seen as an advantage

We have employees who work hybrid or mostly remotely. If you work remotely, you are expected to be able to visit the Helsinki office for about a week, four times a year.

Compensation Structure

Base salary: €4,500–€5,500, plus bonuses and benefits.
