The role
We are looking for a Service Architect to support our clients to deploy customer service automation solutions. The role combines service design, consultation, and hands-on solution configuration, using packaged automation platforms that are configured to meet each client’s needs.
You work closely with clients to understand their services and support them in bringing automation into everyday use. From early discovery and service design to onboarding, training, and long-term roadmap, you act as a trusted partner throughout the full lifecycle of their solutions.
This is a non-technical role focused on consultation, service design, solution onboarding, and continuous support.
What you will do
Design customer service automation solutions with a strong focus on service design and user experience.
Implement, configure, and optimize automation solutions on packaged platforms, adapting them to client services and processes.
Optimize automation solutions based on usage, feedback, and evolving client needs.
Support clients throughout the solution lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and ongoing improvement.
Advise clients on best practices in service design and effective automation.

We consider as an advantage
Relevant professional experience (e.g. in analytical tasks, consulting, or other client-facing roles).
Familiarity with virtual agents and practical experience with generative AI, including effective prompting.
Experience or interest in voice automation.
Experience in service design.
Fluency in Swedish.
