The Role
We are searching for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and hands-on GTM Hero to lead reChanneld’s commercial expansion in Finland.
This is sales role, but not a passive one. You will be the face, engine, and heartbeat of market expansion. If you thrive on building something new, love full-cycle sales, and want to make a real impact - this is for you.
What You Will Do
You’ll run highly active, multi-channel B2B sales from start to finish:
Prospect and define target accounts and ICPs
Identify and reach decision-makers across channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.)
Generate pipeline from scratch
Run meetings, demos and product walkthroughs
Navigate sales processes, handle negotiations, and close deals
Take full ownership of your funnel and outcomes
Work closely with the international GTM team and leverage our existing references and market proof
Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, addressing their pain points with tailored solutions.
We expect you to set strong activity standards and pace targeting high daily & weekly activity levels.
This role highly hands-on, very active, and focused on outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Ability to open doors and drive sales execution independently
Entrepreneurial commercial mindset: initiative, grit, and ownership
Hard-working and impact-driven person who gets things done
Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, GTM or market entry roles is highly valued
Fluent in Finnish and professional English. Swedish language skill is seen as an advantage.

Compensation Structure
Base salary, bonus and uncapped commission, OTE 75.000€ – 100.000€
